At VOOM Foundation, we believe that no one should die simply because they cannot afford medical care. Our surgical teams provide world-class care at no cost, sourcing all the necessary medical supplies and medications to perform complex open-heart procedures. But even with these efforts, many of our most vulnerable patients still struggle to cover the small local hospital fees required to proceed.

Some families try to raise the money through their churches or extended family. Others walk away from life-saving surgery... not because they’ve given up, but because they have no other option. This is why we created the HERO Campaign — a lifeline for patients in crisis.
Your support of a one-time patient scholarship can mean the difference between life and death. 100% of your gift goes directly to covering the final gap in care, allowing a patient to move forward with urgent surgery. ​

The Heart for Nigeria Society
The Heart for Nigeria Society is an exclusive network of passionate professionals committed to advancing the mission of the VOOM Foundation. As advocates and ambassadors, members use their personal and professional networks to provide critical connections, raise awareness, and help generate resources that support life-saving open-heart surgeries and medical training programs in Nigeria.
Members of the Society meet twice a year—either in person or virtually—to stay connected, share insights, and engage in meaningful conversations about VOOM Foundation’s growing impact in Nigeria. Together, we’re building a stronger future—one heartbeat at a time.

The VOOM Foundation Caduceus Society is our annual giving program designed for physicians interested in improving global health in underserved countries.  Caduceus members provide financial support for VOOM Foundation's mission and operations with an emphasis on training and education programs that improve Nigeria's healthcare system.​​
